Q. How does it all work?
1. Learn about all the services we offer.
2. Submit for a price quote from our Price Quote Forms Section located in the navigation bar at the top of our website.
3. We’ll review the information you submitted and reply with a fair price quote determined by the details of your project.
4. Upload your project to us and we begin.
5. After completion, we send you the project back and wait for your approval. At that point, we will take any notes and revisions you want and apply them to the project.
Q. What is my money paying for? Why shouldn’t I just do it myself?
When using us to Mix, Master, Produce your music, you are paying for:
Experience and a developed ability to hear intricacies within the music
High End converters, plugins and gear used to manipulate your audio
An acoustically treated studio which enables hi definition clarity
Know how that gives ability to achieve a desired sound for a wide array of audio environments
Q. How much does it cost?
The prices depend on how detailed and how big your song or project is. This is the easiest and most fair way to price a service. Mixes and Production can range between $100 to $600. It all depends on what you need and how in depth your project is. We are always willing to work with your needs.
Q. How long will it take to mix or produce my song?
Average turn around time for any project is 1 – 3 days. We’ll let you know before hand incase you’re on a deadline.
Q. How many revisions can we make after the mix is finished?
Generally, we don’t usually have to make more than 2 or 3 revisions to a completed mix. However, we are willing to revise the mix until you are satisfied with it. One revision can include as many changes as you like. The best thing to do, is after you listen to your mix, send an email with your list of changes and we’ll work back and forth by email, phone or skype to bring the mix to a finish.
Q. What if I want to mix a whole album? Are there discounts?
We do offer discounts on complete albums. If you are looking to mix more than 5 songs, use the Price Quote Form and we’ll work out a package price for you.
Q. Do I have to worry about my music or information being shared or leaked?
Absolutely not. We gain nothing by spreading your information over the internet. Not only are we Audio Engineers and Producers, but we are Musicians as well. We know how important it is to keep your music safe and unheard by the public until it is completely right and ready to be shown to the world.
Q. Are the payments and file transfers secure?
Very Secure. The payments are handled by PayPal. You will receive a receipt in your email which describes our transaction in detail. The file transfers are handled by our Servers. You upload your session directly to our server which only we have access to.
